Slávičie Residences are set in a hillside neighborhood, creating a gated private complex with an exceptional address—Bratislava’s Slávičie Valley.

This complex of four separate residences offering sophisticated living surrounded by trees has been designed for residents who want to spend their days in the city, but come home to peace, quiet, and privacy. 4 Residences

The apartments in the Slávičie Residences project have floor areas that range from 116 sq. m. to 143 sq. m. Layouts are one-bedroom and three-bedroom, and the apartments on the two highest floors can be connected to create duplexes with private elevator entry.

All of the apartments are configured to provide views in three different directions and a maximum level of privacy. Having a seamless connection to the exterior will make you feel like you’re living in a house, except that the property is maintained year-round by a caretaker, who also takes care of the maintenance of the common areas.

The apartments are being sold in a state of shell & core, which means that they can be completed according to the wishes of their new owners. Facilities include Aluprof MB-86 triple-glazed aluminum windows, anthracite colored Lomax exterior blinds, a heat recovery unit in each bedroom, a Panasonic Aquarea heat pump, and Defendor security entrance doors. Bratislava’s busy city center is close-by, yet seems much farther away.
